(a) Selected as the only candidate from India to participate and present paper in the international seminar organized by UNIDO (an arm UNO) at International Centre for Public enterprises, Lubljana, Yugoslavia.

(b) Visited on Institute assignment to China to undertake of economic and business growth of China.

(c)A single author paper selected for publication in the Institution of Engineers Journal under “M. Vishveshvarya award” instituted by Steel Authority of India (SAIL).

Accredited with commendation award by parliamentary forum on public sector studies twice in the national level entry invited by the forum on the subjects- (a)H.R.Development practices in PSUs.,(b) Management of energy in PSUs.

In an international level entry invited from the countries all over the world by Asian Productivity organization (APO) TOKYO on the title – “Revamping small industries and business in the competitive Industrial World”, A single author paper submitted to APO through NPC (Nation productivity council), and Rajasthan State Productivity Council received commendation.

• Organization of unit based programs for industrial  executives and technical personnel

Organized about 100 training programs at various industrial locations of business conglomerates for their executive with Individual’s knowledge resource, covering entire gamut of management studies, by choosing new subject each time.

Presented Papers in different forums such as Institution of Engineers, Management Associations, Indian Railways, Small Industries Association and alike.
